Champions wanted for the German Six Sigma Award 2017

The European Six Club Germany e.V. (ESSC-D) is organizing the seventh annual German Six Sigma Award and is looking for the best scientific papers on the further development of the Six Sigma methodology. All relevant papers can be submitted with immediate effect. The closing date for entries is September 30, 2017.

Every year, the ESSC-D awards prizes for new approaches and ideas that are examined and presented in master’s or diploma theses. It also makes them accessible to a wide range of interested parties. The ESSC-D presents a special award in the category “German Six Sigma Award Practice”. Six Sigma projects from business and administration that are already being implemented or have already been implemented can be submitted. “We want to promote the successful further development of the Six Sigma method and are proud of the winners of recent years. We are now looking forward to this year’s applications,” says Prof. Dr. Bert Leyendecker, member of the ESSC-D board.

An independent jury of experts with many years of practical experience assesses all the documents submitted. Prizes are awarded to the work that enables the greatest progress through the application of the Six Sigma process optimization method. The award ceremony will take place in December 2017 and the winners will be honored at the Six Sigma conference in March 2018. Details on the “Quest for Six Sigma Excellence” and how to submit entries can be found online at www.sixsigmaclub.de.
