The Learning 2.0 working group has been looking at alternative forms of learning and knowledge transfer. The coronavirus crisis has brought online variants, asynchronous training and blended learning into focus as alternatives to traditional face-to-face training. The advantages and disadvantages were examined in the working group and in a workshop at the 2022 conference in Berlin. The results of this work and what needs to be considered in alternative forms of knowledge transfer will be presented to a broad audience in this online lecture.
