Six Sigma Conference 2026 – Call for Papers

On September 16 and 17, 2026 This year’s ESSC Six Sigma Conference will take place at the 1. FC Heidenheim stadium. It’s the annual gathering for enthusiasts of operational excellence and an ideal opportunity for networking.

We cordially invite you to submit a presentation or workshop.

The topic has been deliberately left open. Among other things, the following are welcome:

• Case Studies and Best Practices from Six Sigma and Operational Excellence
• Innovative Approaches and New Methods
• Case Studies on Transformation Projects
• Insights on Digitalization, AI, Process Management, and Leadership
• Critical Perspectives and Lessons Learned

Your submission should include:

• Title of the Post
• Short Description / Abstract (approx. 8–12 lines)
• Format (Presentation or Workshop)
• Brief Profile of the Speaker
• Contact Information

Perhaps you have a topic for a presentation or workshop that might be of interest to the conference? If so, please send us your proposal as soon as possible —no later than April 6 — to buero@sixsigmaclub.de so that we can take it into account when putting together the program. Submissions in English are also welcome.

The Executive Board will select entries from among all the proposals submitted. Please understand that not all submissions can be considered. You will receive notification by the end of April as to whether your submission will be included in the program.

For selected speakers, conference registration and one night’s lodging are free of charge.
