Based on the positive experience of the cross-company discussion rounds at European level, the first specialist conference was held in Germany in 2005. The positive feedback from participants has turned this exchange of experience into a regular annual event.

In addition to practical project work, various models for introducing the Six Sigma methodology in the company were also discussed. The further development of the Six Sigma toolbox and the content of the training were also topics of our specialist conferences.

The “European Six Sigma Club Portal” has been in existence since the beginning of 2007. Here, Six Sigma experts can work for and with each other and exchange information.

Furthermore, practical content for the training of Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts will be developed, as well as criteria that lead to certification.

To provide a good framework for these developments, the “European Six Sigma Club Deutschland e.V.” (ESSC-D for short) was founded in July 2007. Both individuals and companies can become members of the ESSC-D.
