How people like to solve problems and be creative

12. May 2022 @ 16:00 - 17:00

Theory of adaptive and innovative problem solving: the full range of human creativity

Our work in product and process improvement involves solving problems and being creative in the process. Sometimes it is said that the best solutions lie “outside the box”. But what if no one has ever really looked inside the box? Some people like one more than the other. Human diversity is fascinating and this also applies to the way we are creative.

In order to make the best possible use of this diversity, especially in problem-solving teams, it is important to know your own creative style first. This allows you to recognize and appreciate the approaches and preferences of others. This makes it possible to make the best possible use of the diversity of human creativity.

The fundamentals and application of adaptive and innovative problem solving theory will be discussed using real-world examples. The hope is that participants will be able to apply this important understanding directly in their own environment.

Please note: Due to scheduling problems, we had to postpone this event from May 5, as originally planned, to May 12. We ask for your understanding.
