SUMMARY:AI: between enormous benefits and the risk to our well-being
DESCRIPTION:Artificial intelligence is poised to fundamentally change our lives – both in our private and professional lives. But how can we ensure that\, like many supposed time savers before it\, it doesn’t end up costing us more time and energy than it saves? This webinar sheds light on the opportunities offered by AI\, highlights its current limitations and offers practical tips for a healthy\, mindful approach to this revolutionary technology. \nAbout the speaker:\nDaniel Fügner combines his experience in quality optimization as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt with his work as a yoga teacher. This combination enables him to shed light on the topic of AI from a unique perspective – with an eye for efficiency and a focus on mindfulness. \n_________________________________________________________________________________ \n \n  \n  \nYou can find other interesting dates relating to quality management in the QZ-online.de diary\n_________________________________________________________________________________

SUMMARY:Development of a sintering process: a practical application
DESCRIPTION:Development of a sintering process for power modules using the PERFORM method: A practical application case \nThe PERFORM method is a structured approach that bundles the entire development and optimization process of production systems into seven clearly defined steps. It helps engineers to systematically integrate customer requirements\, design decisions and process analyses\, minimize risks and sustainably increase efficiency and quality through targeted pilot tests and optimizations. \nFor electromobility and the necessary drive converters\, power modules are sintered onto heat sinks over a large area. The PERFORM method was used to develop the sintering process and optimize the inverter. \n\nP (plan)\nE (Engineer)\nR (Recognize)\nF (Formulate\nO (Operate)\nR (Review)\nM (Maximize)\n\n  \nThe project and the procedure will be presented and discussed in the online lecture. \nSpeaker: Dr.-Ing. Aaron Hutzler\, Bondpulse GmbH \n  \n_________________________________________________________________________ \n \n  \nYou can find other interesting dates relating to quality management in the QZ-online.de diary\n__________________________________________________________________________
