SUMMARY:Workshop: Roll-outs & implementation
DESCRIPTION:Participants learn how to efficiently plan\, roll out and anchor improvement projects under real-life conditions. They strengthen their ability to manage change processes and can act as strategic multipliers for excellence methods. \nCore content of this module: \n➡ Implementing lean principles\, including store floor management\, types of waste and standardization.\n➡ Designing change processes effectively\, taking into account group dynamics and resistance.\n➡ Building and prioritizing project portfolios\, including sensible project selection and success criteria.\n➡ Combining agile methods\, e.g. SCRUM\, Kanban and classic Six Sigma approaches.\n➡ Successfully initiating a DFSS rollout\, including team enthusiasm and dealing with critical mass.\n➡ Integrating Lean Six Sigma into service and production areas\, with a look at practical examples.\n➡ Time-to-market strategies and lessons learned to anchor methods sustainably in the company. \n\n\nDates (presence\, 22880 Wedel)\nIf you would prefer to attend this module online\, please let us know.\n \n\nBlock 1 (8h): 10.07.2025\, from 08:00 to 17:00\nBlock 2 (8h): 11.07.2025\, from 08:00 to 17:00\n\nBecome part of the Data Excellence Experience – we look forward to your participation!\nFurther modules and information: LINK \n_________________________________________________________________________ \n \n  \n  \nYou can find other interesting dates relating to quality management in the QZ-online.de diary\n__________________________________________________________________________

SUMMARY:Workshop: Experimental Design & Design of Experiments (DoE)
DESCRIPTION:Participants develop a firm understanding of the structure\, implementation and evaluation of test plans. They will be able to recognize typical pitfalls\, optimize experiments and effectively support teams in their practical implementation. \nCore content of this module: \n➡ Basics of full and partial factor experimental designs – structure\, analysis and interpretation (refresher).\n➡ Understanding and dealing with alias structures to correctly interpret interactions.\n➡ Experimental design with discriminatory power analysis to control the effort in a targeted manner.\n➡ Use center points in a targeted manner to check non-linearities and reproducibility.\n➡ Effect area and extended DoE methods such as RSM\, D-optimal or definitive screening designs.\n➡ Select and apply special DoE forms such as mixture and Taguchi experimental designs.\n➡ Strategies for failed experiments and incomplete data – robust planning and flexible adaptation.\n\nDates (ONLINE) \n\n\n\nBlock 1 (4h): 30.09.2025\, from 08:30 am to 12:30 pm\nBlock 2 (4h): 02.10.2025\, from 08:30 am to 12:30 pm\nBlock 3 (4h): 08.10.2025\, from 08:30 am to 12:30 pm\nBlock 4 (4h): 10.10.2025\, from 08:30 am to 12:30 pm\n\n\n\nBecome part of the Data Excellence Experience – we look forward to your participation!\nFurther modules and information: LINK \n_________________________________________________________________________ \n \n  \n  \nYou can find other interesting dates relating to quality management in the QZ-online.de diary\n__________________________________________________________________________
