DESCRIPTION:The module provides participants with a broad overview of the history of operational excellence and project management methods and philosophies. Insights into organizational and systems theory\, including topics such as modern leadership and work psychology\, shed light on essential framework conditions for successful collaboration. Progressive topics such as design thinking and non-hierarchical companies complete the picture and prepare participants for the self-organized\, agile future.   \nCore content of this module: \n➡ Project management methodology: From classic (waterfall) to agile methods (SCRUM / Kanban)\n➡ “Theoretical & Consulting” OpEx concepts – Juran Model\, “CIMS” (C.
