<\/strong>In a training course, it is important to get the participants on board and make them understand that the tools and techniques taught are of great benefit to them, their work and their entire company and will bring about an improvement in quality. For me, the big picture is more important than the last detail, which is why group discussions are so important. Experience
<\/strong>In more than 20 years as an operational line manager, project manager, OpEx manager, employed and freelance consultant in the areas of quality management, operational excellence (Lean Six Sigma), digitalization and operational project management (e.g. IT\/OT analysis; IT system rollouts), I have acquired extensive knowledge and experience in various OpEx concepts, methods and systems. My industry focus has always been in the life science sector – in this strictly regulated industry, extreme care and control in the preparation and implementation of improvement is essential.

Motivation as a workshop leader
<\/strong>I enjoy training – and would like to pass on some of my wealth of experience in the OpEx field as a trainer. As a trainer, it is also important to me to provide information about new forms of collaboration in organizations (New Work – 100% Empowerment) – a lot can be learned from these approaches about transformation and better decision-making, even in traditional structures. The view of OpEx is often very focused on the tools and methodology and essential elements of an OpEx organization such as leadership, culture and mindset are sometimes given too little attention. I would like to broaden and complement this perspective.
