Experience<\/strong>I have been working at the intersection of development, statistics, and quality management for over 25 years. Since 2000, as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, data scientist, and trainer, I have supported client projects in the automotive, electronics, semiconductor, and pharmaceutical industries\u2014often with a strong focus on measurement data, process capability, and robust analyses.
Until 2016, I was a product manager for the statistical software Minitab\u00ae, so I have a deep understanding of both the methodological aspects and the challenges of its practical application. Since 2020, I have served on the board of the European Six Sigma Club (ESSC-D) and regularly contribute my experience to working groups, technical presentations, and community events.

Motivation as a Workshop Facilitator
<\/strong>I\u2019m motivated by getting people excited about statistics, quality methods, and data-driven decision-making. This is especially true when the topic initially seems abstract or \u201ctoo mathematical.\u201d Particularly in Module 1, it\u2019s important to me to show just how much practical application lies behind these seemingly dry concepts and how participants can quickly arrive at reliable conclusions with the right tools. <\/p>

In his daily work, he uses R and Python to efficiently develop data-driven models and communicate them clearly. <\/strong>I want to show that statistics and AI aren\u2019t abstract sciences, but powerful tools for solving real-world problems. In my workshops, it\u2019s important to me to create an atmosphere where participants can ask questions out of curiosity, think together, and try things out in practice.
