Going forward, <strong>Lena Thiele ( <\/strong>President) and <strong>Hendrik Bienert ( <\/strong>Vice President) will lead the association. Both are recognized experts in quality and process management and have been active in the ESSC for many years.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe would like to thank the outgoing board members for their tremendous dedication and the successful work they have done over the past few years,\u201d said outgoing board members <strong>Michael Kierdorf and <\/strong> <strong>Michael Ohler<\/strong>. \u201cWith Ms. Thiele and Mr. Bienert, a competent team is taking over that will lead the ESSC into the future with fresh momentum.\u201d <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new chair, <strong>Lena Thiele, emphasized <\/strong>: \u201cThe ESSC is a unique network for professional exchange and the further development of Six Sigma in Europe. My goal is to further intensify the dialogue between academia, practice, and industry, and to position the club as a strong voice for sustainable process improvement.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the new vice chair, <strong>Hendrik Bienert <\/strong>also <strong>emphasized <\/strong>the role of the members: \u201cThe ESSC thrives on the active participation of its members.
