They will be able to evaluate service life data in a targeted manner, plan tests efficiently and act as internal experts for service life and reliability issues. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"674\"><strong>Core content of this module:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"674\">\u27a1 Test strategies for service life prediction &#8211; from EOL tests to HASS, HALT and Success Run.<br \/>\n\u27a1 Analysis of failure distributions and selection of suitable statistical models (e.g. Weibull, lognormal).<br \/>\n\u27a1 Dealing with censored and uncensored data, including data evaluation of partial information.<br \/>\n\u27a1 Calculation of typical reliability indicators such as MTTF, MTBF, B10 or Lambda.<br \/>\n\u27a1 Planning and evaluation of accelerated service life tests, incl.
