FC Heidenheim stadium<\/strong>. It&#8217;s the annual gathering for enthusiasts of operational excellence and an ideal opportunity for networking. <\/p>\n<p>_______________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p>We cordially invite you to submit a <strong>presentation or workshop<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The topic has been deliberately left open. Among other things, the following are welcome: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Case Studies and Best Practices from Six Sigma and Operational Excellence<\/li>\n<li>Innovative Approaches and New Methods<\/li>\n<li>Case Studies on Transformation Projects<\/li>\n<li>Insights on Digitalization, AI, Process Management, and Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Critical Perspectives and Lessons Learned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your submission should include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Title of the Post<\/li>\n<li>Short Description \/ Abstract (approx. 8\u201312 lines)<\/li>\n<li>Format (Presentation or Workshop)<\/li>\n<li>Brief Profile of the Speaker<\/li>\n<li>Contact Information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Perhaps you have a topic for a presentation or workshop that might be of interest to the conference? If so, please send us your proposal as soon as possible <strong>\u2014no later than April 6 <\/strong>\u2014 <strong>to <\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:buero@sixsigmaclub.de?subject=Call%20for%20Paper%20-%20Fachkonferenz%202025\">buero@sixsigmaclub.de<\/a> so that we can take it into account when putting together the program. Submissions in English are also welcome.  <\/p>\n<p>The Executive Board will select entries from among all the proposals submitted. Please understand that not all submissions can be considered.
