However, especially when it comes to manual and complex workflows, it is often difficult to objectively assess processes and identify opportunities for improvement. <\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Digital time studies offer new possibilities in this area. They make it possible to systematically analyze workflows, quantify times and activities, and derive specific optimization measures based on this data.
