The European Six Sigma Club with a new brand identity

The European Six Sigma Club (ESSC) is modernizing its brand image. From now on, it will have a new logo and a new corporate design. The previous logo will be replaced by a clear word mark. It is complemented by the slogan “Practical – Efficient – Innovative”, which is used flexibly in communication. The updated image reflects the broader focus of the interest group. Founded in 2007, the ESSC initially aimed to disseminate the Six Sigma improvement methodology and implement it in German and European industry. Meanwhile, new topics such as Big Data Analysis, New Work and Agility are dominating the expert networks. The ESSC is actively addressing these challenges and is working on the advantages and benefits of Six Sigma for corresponding applications in various working groups. The main focus here is on the opportunities arising from the integration and crossover of methods. The new focus is accompanied by a clear presence on LinkedIn and at cooperation events with other organizations such as the German Society for Quality (DGQ) and various chambers of industry and commerce. “We would like to network even more closely with other organizations in the future, while also addressing younger target groups and working together to improve quality and processes in companies,” said Prof. Dr. Bert Leyendecker, member of the ESSC Board of Directors.

The next event will take place on 22.11.2019 at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences. Together with the IHK Koblenz, the DGQ and the Institute for Industrial Digitalization (IID) at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences, the ESSC is organizing a one-day event on the effects of digitalization.
