The Strategy Target Map is a tool that organizations of all sizes can use to visually structure and quickly grasp their strategy and goals.
In this presentation, the method will be introduced and illustrated using two practical examples. One of the two examples shows the Strategy Target Map of the ESSC-D, which was created for 2024.
