Feedback as Part of the Master Black Belt Certification (ESSC-D)
As part of the training and certification process for the Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) in accordance with the guidelines of the European Six Sigma Club Deutschland e.V. (ESSC-D), candidates are expected to have extensive practical experience in conducting and supervising:
- Six Sigma or training programs with comparable content
- Coaching and Mentoring Activities
- complex improvement and optimization projects

Who can participate in this survey?
To provide a supplementary assessment of the effectiveness and professionalism of the training and coaching programs conducted, the ESSC-D offers the opportunity to receive feedback from:
- Training Participants
- Coachees
- Project Participants
to obtain.
This feedback is intended solely for internal documentation and assists the examination committee in its overall assessment of the candidate’s performance as part of the Master Black Belt certification process.
