“Six Sigma 4.0 – How is Six Sigma changing through digitalization and AI?”

Over twenty years old and not a bit outdated: the modular Six Sigma method is in principle ideally suited for use in Industry 4.0, but needs to be taken a step further. Six Sigma experts need additional knowledge in the area of agile methods and in the processing of large amounts of data. The abundance of new tools requires an expanded team and thus a stronger focus of the Six Sigma expert on project management.
