:
BNB Quality Statistics and Training. Data Excellence for Your Success.

Experience
I have been working at the intersection of development, statistics, and quality management for over 25 years. Since 2000, as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, data scientist, and trainer, I have supported client projects in the automotive, electronics, semiconductor, and pharmaceutical industries—often with a strong focus on measurement data, process capability, and robust analyses.
Until 2016, I was a product manager for the statistical software Minitab®, so I have a deep understanding of both the methodological aspects and the challenges of its practical application. Since 2020, I have served on the board of the European Six Sigma Club (ESSC-D) and regularly contribute my experience to working groups, technical presentations, and community events.

Motivation as a Workshop Facilitator
I’m motivated by getting people excited about statistics, quality methods, and data-driven decision-making. This is especially true when the topic initially seems abstract or “too mathematical.” Particularly in Module 1, it’s important to me to show just how much practical application lies behind these seemingly dry concepts and how participants can quickly arrive at reliable conclusions with the right tools.

Maik Kschicho

Qualifications
– Prof. Dr. Maik Kschischo, Head of the Artificial Intelligence Research Group, University of Koblenz

,
University of Koblenz, Universitätsstraße 1, 56070 Koblenz. The University of Koblenz is divided into four departments: Educational Sciences, Philology and Cultural Studies, Mathematics and Natural Sciences, and Computer Science.

Experience
Maik Kschischo was a professor of biomathematics until 2024. Today, he heads the “Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare” research group at the University of Koblenz, where he develops and implements AI models, particularly in medical contexts – from personalized therapy decisions to disease prognosis. In his daily work, he uses R and Python to efficiently develop data-driven models and communicate them clearly. In addition to his university activities, he brings project experience from collaborations with hospitals, startups, and research consortia.

Motivation as a Workshop Leader
I want to show that statistics and AI aren’t abstract sciences, but powerful tools for solving real-world problems. In my workshops, it’s important to me to create an atmosphere where participants can ask questions out of curiosity, think together, and try things out in practice. It gives me great pleasure when initial skepticism turns into interest—and when data yields real insights. I see myself not just as an instructor, but as a sparring partner on equal footing.

Daniel Fügner

Qualifications
– Bachelor of Science in Physics
– Minitab Certified Trainer
– Six Sigma Master Black Belt
– Lean Master

Daniel Fügner has been with ADDITIVE GmbH since 2011, where he supports a wide range of clients across various industries with software and training, specializing in the product family from Minitab LLC, one of the leading software manufacturers in the field of quality management.

Experience
As a Minitab trainer, he is well-versed in all areas of quality statistics. He particularly enjoys conducting one-on-one workshops using clients’ own data. He is also available to provide project support or perform commissioned analyses. The range of topics regularly extends to data mining. In some cases, he supplements lectures at various universities.

’s Motivation as a Workshop Facilitator
In a training session, it’s important to engage the participants and help them understand that the tools and techniques being taught are of great benefit to them, their work, and their entire company—and that they lead to an improvement in quality. The goal is to motivate participants to adopt these techniques and help them feel confident in applying them. For me, the big picture is more important than the smallest detail, which is why group discussion plays such a key role. Ultimately, the knowledge gained forms the foundation for new ideas that participants can implement in their day-to-day work.

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Master of Business Administration
– Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt, Senior Master Black Belt
– Positions in project, quality, and process management, as well as controlling, at various companies and across various industries
– Many years of experience as a trainer and coach in both the professional and sports fields

Experience
The theme of “improvement” has been a recurring theme throughout more than thirty years of my professional career. During this time, I have been able to experience diverse aspects of it in different roles, companies, industries, and cultures, which is why improvement and learning have lost none of their fascination for me and remain a key driving force in my work.

Motivation as a Workshop Facilitator
The success of improvement projects depends largely on the ability of Green Belts and Black Belts to manage the “human” factor in projects, which includes project members, stakeholders, the workforce, as well as the Green Belts and Black Belts themselves. As a workshop facilitator, I strive to provide inspiration (including on team and stakeholder management, presentation skills, facilitation, communication, and change management) and to facilitate discussion and the exchange of experiences among participants, with the goal of encouraging them to reflect on their own behavior and to learn and try out new approaches.
