Module 6: Soft Skills for Six Sigma Projects

Participants will strengthen their communication and facilitation skills and gain confidence in handling complex group situations. They will not only be able to apply Six Sigma tools methodically and confidently, but also competently lead and support project teams.

Key topics of this module:

➡ Analyzing target groups and defining learning objectives in order to convey content clearly and effectively.
➡ Creating convincing presentations that are professional in terms of both content and visuals.
➡ Communication techniques for conflict management in order to recognize and defuse tensions at an early stage.
➡ Dealing confidently with difficult participants, e.g. in workshops or project meetings. ➡ Giving feedback and using coaching methods to promote development and strengthen motivation. e.g. in workshops or project meetings.

➡ Time and resource management in projects to ensure that goals are achieved realistically and efficiently.
➡ Change management & dealing with resistance to successfully support change processes.
