Six Sigma: Quality standards from Germany in demand internationally

The Quality Guidelines of the European Six Sigma Club Deutschland e.V. (ESSC-D) were developed in Germany from the outset with an international perspective. This focus is now paying off. Master Black Belts certified to the high standards are now in high demand internationally, especially from Germany. This is because they can train Green Belts and Black Belts in accordance with the established quality guidelines. Products, processes and business procedures are successfully optimized worldwide with Six Sigma. “We are delighted that our Quality Guidelines are so well received internationally and are in great demand,” says Dieter Szemkus, Chairman of the ESSC-D. The trend has been observed for around three years. It initially began in Europe, followed by the USA, Canada and Mexico in the West and China, Korea, Singapore and India in the East. Interest in Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) training is particularly high. For some time now, the industry focus has been on suppliers in the automotive sector.

On March 9 and 10, Six Sigma experts from various industries and many companies in German-speaking countries will meet in Nuremberg for the annual conference.
